NEW Feature from RPR


Need help with creating mailing labels to farm or prospect particular areas or neighborhoods? The REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), now allows you to create ready-to-print labels or export the same contact data into a CSV file.

What’s included in the prepared CSV report?

  1. Full name: Owner’s full name
    • First name
    • Last name
  2. Full street address
    • Address: street #, street name, street type and unit/suite #
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • Zip+ 4
  3. Whether or not they are on the do not mail list


They also provide the ability to customize the “owner name” on the mailing label to options such as “Owner Name and/or Current Resident,” “Current Resident” or a custom name entered by the user.

Cloud CMA


It’s finally here! Cloud CMA has been launched and here’s why you should be excited about it:

With one click of a button, you can add comps from bright right into your presentation, you can change the order of your pages with a simple drag and drop and you can present using a tablet with the ability to swipe, pinch and tap through multiple comparable photos. Additionally, you can even create a CMA report right from your phone!


  1. It has the ability for personalization. With Cloud CMA, you can save report templates to be used in the future. It also has new, up-to-date template styles that will impress all of your clients no matter their taste. Cloud CMA gives you the ability to change theme colors, fonts and layouts.


  1. They provide ongoing support and new features. Cloud CMA is constantly updating and adding new features to make it more user friendly and adaptable to your individual needs. When you run into issues, Cloud CMA offers a variety of tools at your disposal to find the answers you need quickly and efficiently:


Now that you know all about Cloud CMA, it’s time for you to get started with your Cloud CMA account, which is now active!

  • There is no charge for use of Cloud CMA.
  • Your Login ID is the email address that you have listed in HomesaleCenter.
  • You can request a password reset by clicking here and following the simple instructions.

Once you have your password, you can access Cloud CMA by visiting from any web browser on any internet ready device or click the Cloud CMA icon on Homesale Center.

New Feature Just For You!

At Homesale Realty, we believe that the quickest way to grow our company is to grow our people. That’s why we continually look to invest in resources that will promote your success with clients. We are excited to announce a new feature that has been added to the Active Listings page on  The new feature displays the total number of inquiries on each of your listings, year to date. It is available to all agents, regardless of whether you have a website with us or not.


How to find this new section:

  1. Go to Homesale Center (
  2. On the left-hand side, click on the Listings tab
  3. Click Active Listings
  4. Lead Requests will be listed on the far-right side

With this new feature, you can monitor the total number of lead requests each property receives throughout its listing duration. This number can be impactful for price reduction conversations, keeping track of the activity on your listings and when looking at new marketing strategies.

Soon you will see the number of lead requests per listing appear on the Seller Reports as well.


Additionally, we have re-worked the marketing button that appears on the Active Listings info page.

With one click of the marketing button, you can send an ecard, print a flyer or set up a Seller Report. This small change can have a huge impact on your marketing strategy with potential buyers.
